We hope you love what you ordered from WulfHood. But in case you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
🕒 Return & Exchange Window
We have a 10-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags must be intact.
You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return or exchange through our Returns Centre.

🔧 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear images of the product received.
Once verified, you can process the return or exchange through our Returns Centre, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
Socks, underwear, bundles, and other intimate items
Discounted or sale items
Gift cards
Additionally, some exclusive editions (e.g., limited drops or collaborations) may be eligible only for exchange, not refunds. These conditions will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages.
🔁 Exchanges
Not happy with the fit or size? No problem!
You can exchange any product within 10 days of delivery.
Note: A ₹85 handling charge per item will be deducted for exchange shipments. This is a standard fee levied by our logistics partners.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
The refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 10 business days.
₹85 per item will be deducted as Returns Handling Charges.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us at 📧 support@wulfhood.com.
