1. When will the payment be deducted from my account?

Your payment will be deducted immediately after placing the order, depending on your selected payment method.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay.

3. What is a wishlist?

A wishlist allows you to save items you love and revisit them anytime. You’ll need to be logged in to use this feature.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately after placing the order.

 

5. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

We’re really sorry! Please contact our support team within 48 hours, and share photos of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Shopping & Delivery Information

1. Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹1500. For orders below ₹1500, a standard shipping fee will apply, visible during checkout.

2. How long does delivery usually take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your package is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your order in real-time.

4. What happens after I place an order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email, and we’ll begin processing your order. Once it’s packed and shipped, you’ll receive shipping and tracking details.

5. Will I get an invoice with my order?

Yes, a digital invoice will be automatically emailed to you once the order is confirmed and paid.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across India. We’re working on international shipping—stay tuned!

Returns, Refunds & Support

1. What’s your return and exchange policy?

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

3. Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes, we do offer size exchanges. However, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. To avoid any inconvenience, we highly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
