Return & Exchange Centre — Wulfhood

 

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. At Wulfhood, we offer a 10-day return & exchange policy, which means you’ve got 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed)

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Have a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Received something wrong or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Make sure to send images of the issue through our Returns Centre so we can take care of it quickly.

Items that can’t be returned or exchanged

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable:

  • Socks, innerwear, and perfumes

  • Sale/discounted products

  • Gift cards

Note: Limited edition drops (e.g., Wulfhood x Artist Series Tees) are exchange-only and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the fit or size isn’t quite right, you can exchange the product within 10 days of receiving it.

Please note: A ₹85 per item handling fee applies.
This covers part of the logistics cost from our delivery partners.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you an update on your refund status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect

  • A ₹85 handling fee per item will be deducted

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, drop us a message at support@wulfhood.com.
